In business as a Networking company since 1997, Networking Solutions has evolved from its original inception as an IT marketing service in the early 90's. Founder and President, Jon Cooper states that Networking Solutions grew through a "greater and greater demand" for IT services "throughout the valley." A passion for understanding and deploying the latest technology led him to develop Networking Solutions into what it is today - a Customer Value oriented company devoted to providing quality Network Management and Networking Solutions to businesses throughout the greater Sacramento Valley.

We know of potential threats and problems BEFORE THEY HAPPEN and respond quickly to virtually eliminate downtime for Computer Users, Mobile Users and Server hardware. While we cannot remotely repair a hardware failure, we can fix the problems that users experience in Windows environments with the proper tools for Spam, Anti-Virus, Disk Defragmentation, Disk Error Correction and employ other essential tools that keep desktops and servers freely running. President Jon Cooper
Jon Cooper is a multitalented individual enjoying a strong reputation in the business and technical markets of the Sacramento Valley. Armed with a Degree in Business, Certified as an MCSE- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Jon oversees a team of Network Engineers that support the Network Solutions family of customers.
Jon is not limited to engineering. He fully understands Networking as technical processes, but also understands Relationship Marketing, the person to person marketing and relationship creation and management that is necessary to succeed in today's economy. Those understandings have led to the success of Networking Solutions and his vision is the key driver of our company.

Gary L. Cooper: Chief Operating Officer
Gary Cooper joined Networking Solutions in August 2009 as Chief Operating Officer bringing over 20 years of Telephony/Data Operations and Project Management experience with him.
He has led successful multidiscipline resources and projects worldwide for Verizon Business, Nortel Networks, Ericsson Radio Systems and Nokia Networks bringing state of the art wireless telephony and data networks to millions of wireless users worldwide throughout Asia, Europe, Caribbean and Latin American, North & South America.
Throughout his career Gary was point person for New Technology Deployments due to his can do attitude and solid industry reputation for removing roadblocks and providing his customers with the latest technology on time, on budget within or exceeding customer expectations.
A few of Gary's career highlights include Project Manager with Ericsson Radio Systems responsible for the first seamless roaming wireless telephone network in North America in 1989, Project Manager with Nortel Networks responsible for the first PCS Network launch in Washington DC in 1996, Operations Director with Nortel Networks for the worldwide iDEN switching software technology rollouts 1997 through 2000, Project Director responsible for network capacity overlays throughout the NYC metro area 2004 through 2006 to support ATT network growth.
Gary has been responsible for various aspects of customer deliverables throughout his professional career to include Project Management, Customer Service and Operations; Growing customer accounts, Sales and Profitability through excellent customer relations, improved process refinements, streamlining supply chains and expanding customer product portfolios.

A.J. Kolesinski: IT Supervisor
A.J. is a superior engineer with the abilities to not only understand Technology, but to work carefully to make customers happy. His Problem Solving Skills are some of the best in the industry. We are very happy to have A.J. on our team! His skills include:

- A.A.S. degree from MTI College, Sacramento
A.J. has been with Networking Solutions since June of 2001.
Customers simply love A.J. for his get-it-done attitude and happy manner. A.J. is normally at a customer site for maintenance not for an urgent repair issue because our technology helps limit those instances for a customer, so he has time to get to know people and vice-versa. We receive many good comments about A.J. and he and his team continue to make us proud.
When asked to provide a "fun fact" for this section, A.J. replied, "Sadly, I will go home and work on my own computers for fun." A.J. added that what he enjoys most about his position at Networking Solutions is "Getting to know the client, which helps me become more personable."

Office Staff
Elizabeth Batesel: Office Administrator
Elizabeth Batesel has been with Networking Solutions since 2004 and lists as her particular expertise, Customer Service and Management. She enjoys the relationships with our Customers and is on a first name basis with all of them! Elizabeth also believes that "Being able to help our clients is most rewarding," something Elizabeth is extremely successful at.
Christine Schut: Administrative Assistant
Christine Schut is another happy voice in Networking Solutions. She handles daily calls and supports all of the teams. Her energy is invaluable to Networking Solutions and Christine is considered another valuable part of our operation.
Christine's educational background includes a degree in Accounting and strong financial work experience in technology companies such as Intel. She is a strong player in our company and joined us in January of 2009.
